Role Overview
The Professional Student Recruiter represents AIM University Group throughout the student-recruitment and admissions process. The role identifies prospective learners, provides accurate programme guidance, conducts consultations and supports suitable applicants from initial enquiry through enrolment.

- Recruitment and admissions training is provided to shortlisted candidates.
- Performance basis
- Earnings depend on completed enrolments, learner retention, portfolio size, targets and applicable performance requirements.
Compensation and Earnings
- Approximately J$60,000 for each eligible learner successfully enrolled.
- Average annual portfolio-retainer potential of approximately J$60,000 per eligible retained learner.
- The applicable retainer may include J$30,000 per eligible retained learner for each eight-month college year.
- Estimated monthly earning potential of J$180,000–J$240,000; consistent high performers may earn more.
- Additional approved travel, hotel, leadership, team-development and performance incentives may be available to qualifying performers.
Main Responsibilities
- Promote approved undergraduate, postgraduate and professional-development programmes.
- Identify and engage prospective learners through approved outreach channels.
- Conduct telephone, online and in-person admissions consultations.
- Explain programme options, entry requirements, study formats, tuition and progression routes.
- Follow up with applicants throughout the application and enrolment process.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, applications, admissions and enrolments.
- Plan or support recruitment fairs, information sessions and outreach activities.
- Develop referral networks with schools, organisations and community partners.

- Strong communication, presentation, networking and interpersonal skills.
- Professional telephone, online and written communication.
- Consistent lead organisation, follow-up and deadline management.
- A results-focused approach to recruitment and admissions.
- Competence using email, online meetings, messaging applications and digital records.
- Integrity and respect for confidential applicant information.
- A recognised qualification or relevant professional experience is preferred.
Training and Growth Opportunity
