SUMMARY OF THE ENROLMENT PROCESS
- STEP 1 | Review the payment options below and agree on the best-fit financing option for your family
- STEP 2 | After passing the entrance test, and to accept the offer of a place, you will pay $250 on your tuition. This deposit is a Holding Fee and not a new/separate fee. The Holding Fee is to secure your place on the semester. It shows that you accept the placement.
- STEP 3 | Access your personal enrolment history (called student record/file) to review your account, and submit your receipts, documents, and qualifications
- STEP 4 | Upload the payment receipt directly to your record/file
- STEP 5 | Download and sign the Financial Agreements
- STEP 6 | Upload the signed Financial Agreements directly to your file
- STEP 7 | Download other enrolment forms e.g. the Reference Forms, Medical Forms (if you're studying on-campus), Code of Conduct etc.
- STEP 8 | Upload the completed enrolment forms and qualifications (proof of entry qualifications e.g., subjects, degree etc.) to your file
- STEP 9 | We'll issue the formal AimU Acceptance Letter when all of the above are satisfied
FORMS AND DOCUMENTS
SATISFACTION SURVEY | Complete the Brief Admission Survey
- Submit the signed Financial And Enrollment Agreements
- Submit the Reference Form
- Submit Digital Picture ID - Passport Size
- Submit copy of Birth Certificate
- Complete the Boarding Form (If On-Campus Boarding Is Needed)
- Download, review, sign and return the Boarding Contract
- Complete the Medical Report (only for students who are boarding on-campus)
- Pay the balance on the tuition and boarding
- Submit Receipt of the tuition paid
- You're granted access to your Student Portal
